Welcome to our house St. Hubertus

Our house is located centrally (about 2 minutes from the centre, golf course and from the crosscountry slope), but on a small side road and is therefore situated completely quiet with a wonderful panoramic view to the mountains of Seefeld. We offer beautiful balconys to the south, respectively a terrace to the south, as well as a beautiful large garden and free WIFI. On request you can also book daily bread service. We provide cribs and baby chairs on request, the parking space is located in front of the house and all appartments are easily accessible with an elevator.

You can visit us all year round.

Appartment Nr. 1 "Platzhirsch"

(4-max.6 persons, 100m²)

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a cozy living room with bay window, extendable double couch, cable TV and internet connection (Wifi). To the south is a large covered terrace (~19sqm), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, (watercooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), 2 bedrooms with a double bed, (closet with a safe), a wardrobe, 2 WC's, bathroom with shower and bath. (hairdryer).

Location

Our house is centrally located (only 2 minutes walk from the center, the golf course and the cross-country ski run), yet away from the road and is therefore very quietly situated with a wonderful panoramic view of the Seefeld mountains.

Accessibility

Our apartment nr. 1 “Platzhirsch” is completely accessibile by wheelchairusers. There is a parking lot in front of the house. The doors have a width of more than 80cm. The bed height is 48cm and is equal to the mattress. There is enough room for maneuvering the wheelchair in the 100m² apartment, so all furniture is easy accessibile and to use. The bathroom is equipped with a accessibile shower, which includes a shower seat. The bathtub has a 12cm wide edge. The apartment fulfills the Önorm B 1600 standards, the review can be downloaded here.

In addition, due to our professional training, we are also available to you personally for certain assistance.
